Yes. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation for new clients. This allows us to discuss your needs, answer any specific questions you have about my approach, and ensure we are a good match before scheduling a full session.

As a Registered Social Worker (RSW),  my services are covered by most extended health benefit plans. I recommend checking with your provider to confirm that "Social Work" is included in your coverage. I do not bill insurance companies directly, however,  I provide detailed receipts for you to submit for reimbursement.

I meet kids and teens where they are. Depending on their age, I use a mix of talk therapy, play-based strategies, and skill-building exercises. My goal is to make them feel like an active participant in their own growth, rather than just "someone being fixed."

I provide both in-person and virtual sessions with some exceptions.  My virtual platform is secure and PHIPA-compliant to ensure your privacy and confidentiality are protected at all times.

Every family system is unique. Some clients find the tools they quickly, while others prefer ongoing support for more complex transitions. We will regularly check in on your goals to ensure our time together remains valuable and effective.
